The term DevOps has become a buzzword. It is prevalent in our industry these days, and it has caught the attention of many of our current and future service buyers. What does this term mean, and what does it NOT represent is what you will learn in this course. How do the various concepts that must be aligned for a successful DevOps strategy track with a client's current practices. How to begin at the business concept level to gain support for changes needed to implement a DevOps strategy. You will learn how operations service and staff become more effective and efficient in their outputs and efforts? Most importantly, how do we take this initial interest and attention and exploit it into future sales and delivery opportunities? This course will help to explore these questions and position each student with a greater understanding of this space. From there, additional offerings can be developed to address specific and custom needs that our clients may have.
